Since 2002 I have been proving my services as Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), consulting clients, friends, and family about natural approaches to their health.

Trained at Perheniemen Evankelinen Opisto & First Institute.INC. Currently studying at IQUIM University on track DNM to Ph.D. (Doctorate in Natural Medicine to Ph.D.).

I received my holistic health training mostly in Finland at Perheniemi Evangelic College where I studied Kajava Therapy (Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release) and many holistic health modalities; diet therapies, vitamin/mineral and herbal therapies, spa therapies, Bach Flower Remedies and Aroma Therapy.

I graduated as Holistic Nutritional Counselor and later on as Holistic Health Practitioner. In the USA I studied Massage Therapy at First Institute.INC, Crystal Lake, and graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Currently, I am continuing my studies in Natural Medicine at IQUIM University. My goal is to graduate as a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM).

I am passionate about natural health, holistic medicines, and therapies. I believe great physical, mental, and spiritual health can be better achieved and maintained with natural non-invasive methods. There is a place for allopathic health care, naturally, but unfortunately, the focus is on chemical intervention causing many serious unnecessary side effects and even deaths. The root cause of the problem is ignored, or it is not understood. Many health problems can be prevented with gentle natural holistic methods and changes in habits and diet.
